RETURNS & REFUNDS (ONLINE ORDERS)

We currently do not offer refunds on online orders, only exchanges

  • All sales are final, but can be returned or exchanged.

  • You must contact us through our contact page so we may assess and process your request.

  • Once we receive the item(s) and confirmed the order invoice, we will help you with finding suitable replacement item(s) up to your total order amount.

  •  Any discount or coupon will not be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

  • We will send you an email after your request has been approved, then you can return the item(s) to our store in person.

  • The item(s) must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories, and be presented alongside a copy of the original order invoice.

  • Your return request will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive the item(s) within 10 days after your request has been approved.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Items without their original packaging, or have been opened or damaged outside of their original packaging.

  • Items with modifications, or have been damaged due to misuse, storage, assembly or installation.

  • Items presented without a copy of the original order invoice

EXCHANGES
(ONLINE ORDERS)

If you find that there is an issue with an item(s) in your order, we accept exchanges within 30 days after you’ve received the order.​

  • You must contact us through our contact page so we may assess and process your request.

  • In the event that we can not replace certain item(s), we will inform you with suitable substitutes or grant you store credit up to the item amount.

  • The item(s) must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories, and be presented alongside a copy of the original order invoice.

  •  Any discount or coupon will not be exchanged.

EXCHANGING ITEMS

  • We will coordinate with you via email after your exchange request has been approved, to assemble a new order for you to pickup when you return the original item(s) to our store in person.

  • In the event that we are unable to assemble a new order, or are unable to replace item(s) in your original order. We may suggest item(s) similar or equal in price for your new order. If you are unsatisfied with the suggestions and still wish to return the item(s), you may still return the item(s) for store credit. Alternatively, you may instead opt to select an item(s) of similar or exact price available for sale at our physical location to take as a valid exchange (limited availability and selection)

  • Your exchange request will be cancelled if we do not receive the original item(s) within 10 days after your request has been approved and an exchange date had been set.
